Service Description
This class is designed for anyone living with chronic pain, illness, or mental health challenges. We use gentle, therapeutic yoga to help manage symptoms and improve overall well-being. Beginners are always welcome, and all movements can be adapted to suit your needs. Everyone is welcome! Your Yoga Makes a Difference. Your participation in our classes helps support our mission. All profits from both the Monday and Thursday classes go directly towards funding a 6-week Pain Management Yoga course for NHS patients. These patients are referred to us by the NHS and are currently living with physical or mental health challenges. Our Goal: We dream of a future where we can offer a full-time, weekly pain management yoga class to everyone referred to us by the NHS. For now, we are incredibly grateful for your donations, which make our current 6-week blocks possible. By joining our community, you're not just taking care of yourself-you're helping others find comfort and healing through yoga.
